Stuff people ask before joining.

  • Because Asian culture never taught us this. The nutrition advice we grew up with didn't fit our table. Our parents pushed for our careers and meant well, but no one warned us how much muscle and strength would matter down the road. I coach the way I wish someone had coached me: built around the food and family life we actually have, not against it.

  • Less than you'd think. Most clients train 2 to 3 focused sessions a week, and I build each one to fit the time you actually have. The goal is real results without living in the gym, so you get stronger and still have your evenings and weekends back.

  • No problem. I can design programs for home gyms, resistance bands, or even just bodyweight. Just let me know what you're working with.

  • Absolutely. I work with clients at all fitness levels, from complete beginners to experienced lifters. We'll start where you are and build from there.

  • No. While I specialize in working with Asians, I welcome anyone who resonates with my approach and is ready to put in the work.
